I had thoroughly researched artificial turf and the companies selling this product for some time prior to discovering Royal Grass and James Hardwicke. I found not only the product to be far superior but the integrity and helpful manner of James to be outstanding. I had found it impossible to deal with the companies that had hidden costs, special offers and who would not give any information on the pricing or the product unless they came to the site, contract in hand. The installers were equally as proficient and helpful on what was a small but difficult site. Again, nothing was too much trouble. This review was not solicited, I offered to write a testimonial so other people could receive the same level of service and enjoy a superior artificial grass product.
