Ingredients

Single shot measure of Greendale Spiced Honey Rum
About 30ml Pineapple Juice
Orange Juice, a splash
Pomegranate Juice, a splash
About 30ml Lemonade
Orange slice, to garnish

Method

Drop 3-4 ice cubes into a chilled highball glass, then put a handful of ice cubes in your cocktail shaker and swirl it about a bit to get it cold. Pour the rum and pineapple juice into the shaker, then add a generous splash each of the orange and pomegranate juices. Shake the cocktail shaker to mix the drink, then strain it into the highball glass and top up with the lemonade. Garnish with the orange slice, then serve.
