It has been a fantastic experience having Dan from Alroy building and carpentry renovate my home. His work is of a high standard and I felt completely confident in the quality of work that Dan would produce and I wasn't disappointed. Dan has also been a great communicator throughout the build and has kept me updated on the progress of his work. I would highly recommend Dan and his team as a builder you can trust.

It was a big decision for my daughter, choosing a builder for her home, especially since she lives in another state at the moment and Covid meant she couldn’t visit regularly. But we are so glad she chose Dan, who has been fantastic. He worked with my daughter in planning the renovations, kept her regularly updated on progress, with many photos, and went the extra mile, through Covid and floods! The quality of his work is top, and he has great ideas. I couldn’t recommend him more.

We own an incredibly old farmhouse on the edge of Warwick which we were keen to renovate. One option was to knock part of the building over, but we are so glad we opted to renovate the whole thing and do so with Dan Alroy from Alroy Building and Carpentry. We had previously used Dan’s services on small jobs and were obviously happy with those outcomes. However, for us novices this renovation was on another level dealing with some “interesting” challenges thrown up by the building. Dan took time to really understand our needs and offered some suggestions upfront. He tabled his quote and based on previous work, his upfront collaborative and engaging style we went with him without tendering. Everything went to plan. No overruns or unplanned variations. Zero stress. On time and on budget and absolutely pain free notwithstanding the challenges that this old timber house threw our way. How often can any homeowner say that, about an incredibly significant renovation? Dan was always open and honest making suggestions and politely recommending alternatives to our original ideas. Equally impressive (and very much appreciated) were the tradies that Dan chose and how he managed them. He even fed the chooks when we were away and Seth the apprentice helped us round up some wayward cattle! We could not be any happier with the outcome and the personable approach of Dan and Seth and can strongly recommend Alroy Building and Carpentry. Dan and Seth were great! They were able to fit in my project with short notice and had it all completed in a matter of days and the quality of the build is amazing! Highly recommended for all Building and Carpentry jobs.

Dan did an amazing job. He organised everything. Was easy to talk to. I couldn't believe how fast he got in and got the job done. The quality of his work i thought was to a very high standard. He always turned up. Money well worth spent. We had a granny flat we had been in the process of building and hadn't done anything on it for 2 years. We needed help. We decided to find a builder who could build our deck for us. It was about 18m x 9.5m (veranda on 3 sides) and was about 2m off the ground (the ground was elevated). A friend ended up recommending Dan to us. Dan also did the veranda roof, guttering etc and wire balustrade all the way around. Looks really beautiful. I also got him to build some internal shelving, put doors on, attach towel rails, mirrors and other bits and pieces. I'm so glad we did.
