Another delicious dish dreamed up by our fishmongers, this tasty roulade is made by carefully rolling a skin-on salmon fillet around a cream cheese, lemon zest and chopped dill filling, before carefully hand-tying. Serves 2-4.

Origins

At Greendale Farm Shop we love local produce, but sometimes we go a little farther afield to find the best for our customers, always sourcing only from trusted suppliers with standards as high as our own. Fishmonger's Tips

We’ve left the skin on this Salmon Roulade to ensure it remains nice and moist during cooking.

How to Cook

Preheat oven to 170°C. Place the roulade in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning, until sealed on all sides. Place in an oven dish and cook in the hot oven for 12-15 minutes.

Local Delivery £4.95 (Free on orders over £50) - We offer local delivery for customers living in the EX1 to EX5, and EX8 to EX11 postcode areas. Choose a ‘specified day’ during checkout.  Please note: All orders to the remaining EX postcodes will be delivered using our standard national courier.

National Delivery £7.95 (Free on orders over £50) - We offer nationwide delivery. Choose a delivery date during checkout.

National Weekend Delivery £15.00 - We offer nationwide delivery on Saturdays and Sundays too! Choose a delivery date during checkout.

Fresh Greendale Produce - Meat and seafood will be bagged and ready to cook or freeze on delivery. All fresh meat and fish will be vacuum-packed and labelled with use-by dates and a suggested frozen shelf life. Packaging or labelling may change depending on preparation or delivery limitations. When the meat or fish has been packaged it is immediately placed in an insulated envelopes and surrounded with chilled gel-packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition.
